*WALK-IN COOLER WENT STARTED SLOWLY DROPPING TEMP AROUND 8:30-9 THIS MORNING. TEMP WAS HOLDING STEADILY TILL REPAIR MAN CUT OFF THE MOTOR COMPLETELY AROUND 1. FOOD WAS MOVED TO OTHER COOLERS TO BRING BACK TO TEMP QUICKLY. FOOD WAS ABOVE TEMP FOR NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS ACCORDING TO THE OWNER KEVIN MALIK.
